User cannot change password...

One of my users could not login to exchange, so I reset her password and had
her then logon and she couldn't. I logged on under her account locally
here, and then she was able to logon fine. But when I had her change her
password it would not let her. I checked her account info and the "User
Cannot Change Password" section was cleared. I've also been trying to log
into her and that has given me problems. Any Ideas or Suggestions would be
greatly appreciated. Also, if I delete a user from active directory, will
it delete her profile "H:\" drive from the network storage?
