User and Group names not displaying in Computer Management

I have noticed recently that user and group names are no longer being
displayed in the Computer management tool. Does anyone know what is going
on? I have been able to work around using the net command from the
command prompt. Any help is appreciated

Do a search for *.MSC files. Include hidden files/folders in the search
parameters. lusrmgr.msc is the local user/group manager that can be run
alone and it can be made to appear in Computer Management (compmgmt.msc) as
a snap-in.
 
Thanks, but the problem is not that no user accounts and groups categories
exist in Computer Management, but that only the icon displays for each of
them and not the name.
