Hi,

We are using VNC to take control of users desktops for various tasks and
interactive support.

Is there a way to take control of the currently logged on users desktop
without any actions required by user with Remote Assistance? Perhaps a
registry hack? Like VNC, where the both the user and the support can interact
with the desktop at the same time.

From what I have read it seems the answer is no.

Best regards,
John

No, by design the novice user must give the expert permission to both view
and control the novice desktop... AFAIK there is no way around that issue...
