My recent post on this problem has not been displayed, so I shall have to repeat it: Following an on-line crash my computer appears to have reverted back to an earlier time, so that there are four guest users on the welcome screen and my user account has been changed to LIMITED instead of administrator! I am the owner and now sole user of theis home computer and desperately need advise to sort this problem as I cannot afford for a tecnician to come out here. Your help would be hugely appreciated.
