user accounts

Why all of a sudden I can no longer open the net via any user accounts but it
works fine via any admin account. It comes up with canot find page. It tells
me to go thru the net options and check things, Its fine. I do not fine
anything different between accounts. I tried turning on the guest account.
Nothing seems to help. It started even before I updated to SP@.
Anyone got any ideas???
 
Hi

Dear frined on internet connection windows u can see an
option which says do u want this connection to be used by
all users or only me. if u have selected only me it would
not allow other user accounts to connect to the internet.

so please check that setting and post the results for
further help

I should know this but, I have xp home add. and I have to ask where is
this option?
