When I try to add another user account for my son, it
will not allow him to go on the internet. He gets a "page
not available" message no matter what web site he puts as
his home page. any help?

What sort of internet conection does he have? Dial up, ADSL?
If dial up then you need to set up an Dial Up Connection first.
See Start, Settings, Network Connections, Create a new connection.
