Can Anyone help me??

when i create a new user account, how do i get it so that
all of the original users programs do not appear on the
new users start menu??
 
Each users start menu is a combination of two folders: 1) the start menu
under your user account's folder, 2) the All Users start menu folder

The shortcuts in the All Users will appear in all new user accounts. You
could move all the shortcuts out of this folder and into the start menu
folder in your own account. Does that give you what you want?
