User Accounts

Hello, My problem is I have Windows XP. I have 2 accounts
on there. I am trying to get to the site www.glcu.org. I
can only get to that website to come up using one of the
accounts. When trying to goto that site when logged into
the other account it just says "done" at the bottom with
a blank white screen. Is there something wrong in the
settings or something? Can you help me?

Have you tried clearing Temporary Internet Files while logged on as that
user yet?
