user accounts

hi,

windows xp pro crashed on me, and forced me to reinstall.

BUT all my docs and stuff are in the 'documents and settings' folder in a
different name, which i can now not access 'access is denied'

so can anybody tell me how to access these docs, or delete the dirctory
