When i choose which useraccount i should log in to it say that i have for
example 5 messages, i click on the new messages (before i log in to my
account) but only three are from my own hotmail adress the rest is from
another.. not mine. How do i get rid of it?

Use the TweakUI Power Toy to remove the email message from the login
screen:
