I have created several users, who have access to FTP and HTTP sites served from IIS on my windows XP machine.

However, I do not want them to be able to login to my machine locally with their own accounts. The users are meant to have access to
the public webserver only.

Does anybody know how I can accomplish this? In particular I would like to use the XP startup screen, but without the web accounts
showing up.

Using the 'Deny Logon locally' or the 'Logon locally' rights can prevent the
user from logging on remotely. If you just want to remove all the accounts
being shown on the startup screen then you can go to Control Panel->user
accounts - > change the way users logon ->Uncheck the Use welcome screen
option

Thanks, but I only seem to have the choice of two account types: Admin or Limited. Can you tell me where these other options can be
found?
