User Accounts on Welcome Screen

Somehow an update to the system has stopped all the user accounts being displayed on the Welcome Screen. Now only the Administrator Account login is invited. Unfortunately the Restore Points I have been taking do not work, so I am unable to reverse the changes
Any Ideas on how to get the original Welcome screen back with all users displayed?

Check the settings in TweakUI > Logon. TweakUI is available from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp.
