just because you installed it under your username doesn't mean that
everybody else can use it.

When you install software under your account you create registry
entries that only you have. To give other users on the same system
these entries you must copy your account to the Default User account
and then delete and recreate the other user accounts or you can copy
your account to the other users (provided that they have not installed
software). This all must be done logged in as the Administrator. Do
the following:

1. Reboot the PC.
2. Login as Administrator
3. Click Start and then Control Panel and then system.
4. Click the Advanced Tab.
5. Under User Profiles Click Settings.
6. High lite your account and click the Copy To.
7. Click on Change
8. Click on Advanced.
9. Click on Find Now.
10. Click on Everyone in the list and then Click OK.
11. Click OK on the next screen.
12. Click on Browse and navigate to C:\Document and Settings\Default
User (or C:\Document and Settings\<User login name>) and then click
OK.
13. Click Copy.

Remeber that if you copy to the Default User account you must
delete the old accounts and re-add them into the system again to get
the changes. If you copy to a specific user account their account
will look exactly like your account (Specific changes made to the
Windows evironment by you will now reflect in their account) and they
will loose all of their personalization they have done, as well as any
programs they have installed may not work as the registry entries for
them will not be there anymore(unless you installed the same program
yourself). Sorry that this has to be so complicated but Windows was
not setup for Multiple users in a non-networked environment so things
get a bit messy. If you need futher help you can contact me via
email and I'll be glad to work with you on it as time permits.

Hope this helps!
