i have a domain account jojo as user.

After joining the domain In windows xp i create a user account jojo and the
domain name and then grant it the administrative privliges... and then log on
as that user ... so it gives me complete access to computer and network
privilages ....

isnt there any procedure like this to create user account in windows 2000
server.

assuming you want to assign the user administrative privileges on the windows 2000, what you need to do is adding the user to the local administrators group. To do that, right-click on my computer>Manage>local user>group.

The procedure for adding domain users to the local administrator's account
is the same on W2K as it is on XP. But a domain administrator already has
full administrative rights to all domain mamber computers, so there'e no
need to add a domain admin to the local admin group. Don't confuse the local
user with the domain user. If yo have a domain user "jojo", there's no need
to create a local "jojo" account as long as you are logging into the domain.
