user account

I have recently installed 2 new programs
microsofts Net framework 1.1 which I had to install to be able to install
winxp manager
I now have a new user account called
ASP.NET Machine A...
which is a limited account and password protected on my machine
any one know why this has appeared is it part of net framwork
can I delete is

The account will be used by .net applications. Best practice is to leave
the account alone if you want those programs to work correctly. You can use
TweakUI to hide the account if you'd rather not see it listed. TweakUI for
XP is one of the power toys that can be found here:
