User account problem

I installed XP and set accounts for my wife, daughter, and myself but can only get on the internet from my account. Also when I delete a short cut from my account it disapears in the other acounts. What do I need to do to fix this problem.

From the Administrator account:

Start > All Programs > Set Program Access and Defaults
