I created a new account for someone and when I rebooted my computer my log in icon, the administrator, was gone from the welcome log in screen. Does anyone have any idea how I can get it back and how I can access my account. I have a lot of info on there for school that I need to access soon so help would be appreciated

Thank you

Seems you were using the built-in Administrator Account all along. This
account will not show on the Welcome screen when another administrator
account is created.

You should create another account with administrative privileges to access
the files.

Hope someone comes up with a solution soon, as I had the same thing happen and can't get to about two years worth of stuff. All there and I can get it with a search, but lot of it is unavailable. Will you post answerif you get one? Thanks

Sorry I did not see your answer before sending my last note. Is there any way to get the old administrator log on back.? Sure would save a lot of "clicking". Thanks
