User account is constantly getting locked out.....

You are either logged on somewhere else, you have a drive
mapped using your old password of you have a service
account using your old password.
 
Account Lockout is a fairly common issue. There are a few approaches to
troubleshooting and several workarounds. First I would set the bad
password threshold to 10 and see if the issue resolved s itself. If not,
please take a look at the following knowledge base articles.
