User Account image problem

After apply the Update Rollup 1.0, the image (icon) for the user is
missing (it is supposed to be located on the left the user name from
the start menu).
And some icons under "user accounts" are also missing. (The question
icons under "Learn About")

Anyone has similar situation and any solution for this?

Did you upgrade your slx to UPdate Rollup 1.0 or is this a new config.

In the SP2 relnotes it mentions that Windows Picture and Fax Viewer and
Images and Media components need to be in teh config in order to see the
user avatars\icons. Are these in your image, or were they in your SP2 image
but are not in your new image?

i have the Windows picture and fax viewer and images and media components.

i upgraded my slx to UPdate Rollup 1.0. Still the problem exist.

Hi,
i had the same problem and updated rollup1.0. But the problem still exit.
did anyone have another idea to resolve this ???
