User Account Creation

Whe we create a new user account in ADS, that user
account cannot access our owa in another NT4 domain. If
we have migrated the user accounts from the old NT 4
domain to ADS we can access it just fin by using the ADS-
Domain\username. With a new creation it doesn't work, it
is almost as if it is putting an extra space at the end
of the login name or something in that effect.

Any help is appreciated.

By "owa" do you mean Outlook web access on an Exchange server? Is there
an exchange account corresponding to the new account?
