User account control changes

I ainstalled a new application to my Vista (home P) system, the install
finished correctly. But each time I start the new application , I get the
message "a program needs your permission to continue" (the message is from
user account control). How do I eliminate the message for this new
application? Note I would like to keep
user account control turned on.

Is the Mystery Application compatible with Vista? It sounds like it
isn't. Check with the Mystery Application's tech support to see what you
need to do to get their program to work with Vista.
