W2K lists access grades including:
Restricted user (Users Group)
Standared user (Power Users Group)
Administrators

while XP Pro lists 2 access grades:
Limited
Computer Administrator

How does a person create a "Power Users Group" in XP Pro?
(Limited is too restrictive while Computer Administrator allows too much
unnecessary "freedom".)

Thanks to anyone who can assist me on this matter!

In XP Pro, go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools and double click Computer
Management.
Note: You can also right click My Computer and select Manage.
In the left pane of Computer Management, click on Local Users and Groups.
In the right pane, double click on the Users folder.
Right click the user account you want to add to the Power Users group and select
Properties from the menu.
Click on the Member of tab of the account's properties sheet.
On the Member of tab, hit the Add button.
In Select Groups, hit the Advanced button.
In the Next box that appears hit the Find Now button to populate the lower pane.
Click on Power Users and hit the OK button three times.

Note: You can also double click the Groups folder and add accounts to the Power
Users group.

Keep in mind that any account that is a member of the Power Users group will
show up in Control Panel -> User Accounts as an Unknown account type.

Good luck
