User access

How do I give user A edit access to forms 1 and 2 and read only access to
form 3. Then give users B, C, and D some other combination of access?
Their only access to the database is via these forms.

Implement Access security.
That's way too big a topic for a newsgroup post,
but I'd strongly suggest that you read up on it and be sure you're
comfortable with how it works before you try it.
Before you secure your database, make an unsecured copy as a backup in
case you manage to lock your database down so that nobody can get in.
