Are you looking to dump user rights or user permissions? I'm thinking
that you mean permissions because you mentioned volumes. There isn't a
utility to dump a list of all the volumes, files or folders that a user has
access too. There are utilities to dump the permission list on those items.
You casn use xcacls.exe to do that.
