I can't get a program to run when the user doesn't have
domain admin rights.

If I login, domain admin, the program runs fine.

HELP...

Assuming you installed it correctly, use regmon & filemon to determine to what the user is being denied access

I will check out these programs, do I need to install
these as administrator and how do get them to run when
the user (me) is logged on? I assume I would install as
admin and then log off and logon as user, then run
filemon, and then try and open the program called
Timeslips.

Okay, I was able to run regmon and I found accdenied
(access denied) on certain reg keys and such. How do I
give a particular user rights to these keys, without
giving them ADMIN rights?

It makes sence, because on the client side the error is "
Error creating system registry entry.

You install and run them as an administrator, then logon
with another concurrent session as a non-admin, try to run
your application, then check the programs [regmon &
filemon] for the errors encountered.

I have made a zip file and put it on our webserver for
download, if you want to see the errors. The link is
