Alright, so here's my problem:

My sister uploaded pictures from camp under her username,
which was "private" My mom accidently crashed the
computer by deleting a root file, I got it back up and
running, but it created new usernames for everyone. So
now, my sister's camp pictures are encrypted (is that the
word?) and we can't get them. On top of that... our
computer is spyware ridden and its taking over the
computer. I want to crash the whole thing and start over
and make sure no one downloads anything without my
permission... because I live in a house of idiots. Please
PLEASE save me from this sea of idiocy I NEED those
pictures before we can crash. Thank you

If those pictures were encrypted and the Administrator account used to
encrypt them is no longer available and the Security Certificates were not
backed up, you are out of luck.
