User able to view other users private documents

For as long as I can remember our computer at home with
Windows XP we could not view other users info under their
Douments Settings /(users name)/My Documents

It used to be the only place they could be viewed was in
the shared folder.

We both have admin access on the computer but I wonder
why I now can just surf anywhere and view private data of
the other admin user and before I couldn't unless logged
on as the other user.

Also when I go to My Computer folder showing the
different folders there is a folder with (My User Name)
Documents and another folder (Other Users) Documents with
the same accessible stuff as the folders above.

If you're both admins, you can both do everything under the sun. You can
take ownership of folders, etc, and change security. If you don't need both
users to have admin rights, take it away and adjust security while logged in
as an admin.

are able to delete programs, downnload programs install
and change internet security settings etc BUT we were
never able to just surf in and look at the other users
documents, pictures, etc private My Document files.
