Hello all:

I am curious if anyone knows why I may be having the following issue. Both
user 1 and user 2 are local administrator accounts. When user 1 logs into
the system, and goes to http://www.nbc.com/Heroes/video/episodes.shtml, the
page shows fine and video can be played.

When user 2 logs into the system and goes to the same web page, they
basically get a blank screen, but shows "undefined" in the upper left hand
corner.

I am thinking it may be a firewall setting, but not really sure. Does
anyone have some suggestion I can check? I am lost on this one.

Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Jon:

Adobe Flash installed OK, but the user still can not view the web page. Do
you have other suggestions, or is it now to use the below Adobe
troubleshooting link you provided? Thanks.

Hi (again), Jon:

After trying to install Adobe Flash for user 2, now user 1 can not
view the episodes, either, and gets the same results as user 2.
