Useful Antivirus Boot-CD?

I'm looking for a useful Antivirus Boot-CD.

I tried the Ultimate Boot CD but it does not seem to have full anti
virus scanners onboard, the scanners on the CD only have some virus
includet and update functions do not work.

Then I tried the AntiVir Rescue System which seems to better. Is this
ok?
