Previously, I had been able to hold in the Ctrl key and use the mouse
scrollwheel to adjust text size up and down in emails that I have received,
and randomly this function stopped working. No software was installed or
uninstalled from the system, and no other changes that I can think of from
when it was working to when it stopped.

I've done some searching through various support groups, but have not come
across this yet. Any ideas anyone here can come up with I would greatly
appreciate.

Thanks,
me

What mouse are you using? Have you reinstalled the drivers?

Using a Logitech Desktop MX Duo keyboard and mouse (it's the MX500
mouse). I have not tried reinstalling the software for the mouse /
keyboard because this doesn't appear to have anything to do with that -
the function is part of Outlook, not a hotkey defined within the mouse
software.

Logitech Mice have always had issues with Outlook - I would suggest getting the latest drivers and try them.

If you don't want to, no one is forcing you. But, what do you have to lose?

I am using the most current drivers. Just trying to figure out where this
particular function is defined and controlled, as it was working, and
randomly stopped working. I've looked through Outlook help with no luck,
and have done several Google searches, also to no avail.

Guess nobody here has any ideas either. Thanks anyway.
