use the internet only for 3 h per day

hello
i have a lan with winxp pro
i want the users of the lan to enter only for 3h internet per day..
these 3 hours i want to be not in a continious time for examle from 9.00-12.00
but in a summary time per example 1h the morning 1h the evening and 1 hour
the night

but i dont look exaclty for this...
in this case the time limits are for continiously use... and for standarts
hours
i want to use a program for example 3 hours per date during the date but not
exacly
time...

is this posssible??


i look in
Start-> Run->cmd-> GPEDIT.MSC-> Computer Configuration->Windows Settings->
Security Settings-> Local Policies->Security
-> Options->r Network Security:

but i cant find a solution.....

PC TimeWatch allows you to do this. You just have to setup time slots
according to your needs for the target program.
