Use system Speaker

How can i make my system use the system speaker instead of an actual speaker.
i read that you can chage the registry before, but i cant remember where.
please reply.
 
The system speaker is a single, small speaker and very limited to its output.
Use external speakers. To change your speaker setup, go to:
Start/Control Panel/Sounds and Audio/Volume tab/Speaker Settings/Advanced
