use skype from within outlook

I want to know if there is a way to use Skype inside of Outlook. Basicly when
I hit the call contact button, I want Outlook to use Skype instead of using
the modem.

maybe it a late posting, but here is another Skype inside Outlook: SKAIFO. http://www.skaifo.com
what's cool is that it includes Skype and Outlook contact geo-mapping inside Outlook, i mean besides calling, etc.
