Use same logo on multiple worksheets

I have spreadsheets with six worksheets. Each worksheet has the same logo
embedded in the header (Insert, Picture, From File...). This is making the
spreadsheet almost a half a megabyte in size. If I remove all but one of the
logo's, the file size is cut in half.

Is it possible to have only one logo embedded on one worksheet and link to
it on the other spreadsheets to save file size?

No, there's no way to link headers. If the image were stored in a separate
but accessible file, you could use VBA to create the headers on the fly just
before printing, then delete them after printing, but I don't believe
there's any alternative to simply not storing any copies of the image in the
workbook.

Then again, there might be if you use borders rather than headers, but that
gets awkward. Still, light testing just now seems to show that Excel stores
only one copy of an image embedded in multiple worksheets.

Thanks for the reply.
Regarding your last statement, I deleted all of the logo's except for one.
As I originally tested, the file size was much smaller. Then I copied/pasted
that same logo onto the headers of other sheets. Now when I re-save the
file, the file does not grow in size. I guess the logo's were not exactly
the same.

Thanks!
