We have Outlook 2003 running on Windows XP.
I would like to have a separate calendar into which users in our department
can enter requests for time off, vacation, sick days, etc.
The thing is, can multiple users enter time off data into concurrent time
slots? Also, is there a way to notify the supervisor via e-mail automatically
if there is a change made to the calendar?
Is this even a good idea? I am not sure. I would welcome any helpful input
on this as it is now being done on paper and I would like to automate it. Our
people are scattered in different offices and in different buildings. Any
ideas?
