I have a copy of an upgrade version of Office that I use
on my desktop. I bought a new laptop and want to use
Office on it. I understand it is permissable to use on a
2nd computer for business purposes but I cannot load
because it is upgrade version and no old version is on
the laptop. Is there a way around this? Thanks.

Jim

You should be able to put the CD for the previous version (the one you
upgraded from) in your CD drive. The upgrade setup program should accept it
as a qualifying product.
