I have Outlook 2003 with BCM. I currently have a database of clients and it
is working fine and as intended. I need to set up a new database for new
clients. I've gone through the steps and added - again everything working
fine. But the first database is now hidden and the new one displayed. Is
there a way to display both in the Contacts folder without having to re-load?
I would be able to do this fine- my boss is not as tech savy. I also know I
could assign catagories to each client and display them in this manner -
again not a preferred solution but may have to use this as an option.

Thank you.

No, you can have as many databases as you have hard disk space to store but
only one can be open at a time.
