Hi,

I have a form with 6 option groups. There is a report for each possible
combination. I have a command button that runs a macro to get the correct
report. I want to use this same concept, but have another command button
allowing the user to automatically print the report without having to first
run it in print preview, then hit the print button. Also, I would like them
to be able to save the report straight from the form, via the macro I already
have. Can this be done?

Thanks,
Crystal

If you have a macro to "to get the correct report" could you not just use the
same macro to print the report. If not you could simply copy the macro and
set the View to Print - action this macro from a new button (use the On Click
property)

Hope this helps

Thanks. I'm glad to see I had the correct mindset on this. The only problem
is, it's still opening the reports in print preview. I copied the macro I
used to "view" the reports and changed the View property to Print. I think
put a command button on my form and in the OnClick property, entered the name
of the macro. Any reason why this keeps opening in preview mode?

Also, I've checked to make sure my printer is still set as a default.
