Use Macro To Format Placeholders and/or Pictures

I would like to setup a macro to format a placeholder and/or picture, and then use this
macro on multiple slides by selecting the placeholder or picture, and then executing the
macro. Can anyone explain how?

Also, is there a way to assign a maco to some keystrokes as is available in word? For
example, I'd like to execute the above macro by entering <ctrl>m.

Thanks,
Bernie

If this is just an occasional thing, try using the Format Painter toolbrush
instead of messing with macros. If you doubleclick it, it'll stay active
while you apply the same formatting to multiple shapes (press ESC when
you're done).
