use javascript to get a truely maximized ie-window?

the method
'javascript:window.moveTo(0,0);window.resizeTo(screen.availWidth,screen.availHeight)'
still have about two pixel border at the sides right,left& bottom.
is there any way absolutely like clicking on the maximize button by
javascript?

I don't think so. All you'll get is the same window size as if you manually
dragged the window open as big as you can get it while it's in "normal"
window mode.
