Use file manager for windows mobile in a compact framework app

I have an application that views some files on smartphone. Now, I write the
file which i wanna open manually. I would like to use the file manager for
windows mobile to select the file i want to open. Can I do that in net
compact framework? Do i have to create an explorer myself?
I haven't found a way to run a process in compact framework, because
System.Diagnostics.Process is not available. The file is
\windows\ia_file_manger.exe

Actually the latter solution is only suitable for "generic" Windows CE
platforms and is not supported by Windows Mobile (Pocket PC or Smartphone).
