use cell address/location in another formula

Hi,
I've managed to identify/display the cell address of a
cell.

"$H$59", for example is shown in cell P28.
"$H$90", for example is shown in cell P90.

How can I use cells P28 and P90 in a sum formula using the
contents of these cells as the range?

=SUM(INDIRECT(P28&":"&P90))
