I'd like to take advantage of the faster USB2. I use a USB2 switch box to acess peripherals between 2 computers but whilst one of the PCs has USB2 installed. the other only has USB1. I know that USB2 is backwards compatible but If I actually changed the USB1 card for a USB2, is it likely to cause any problems?

My own experience with XP and USB cards is that they are automatially
detected upon re-boot, dfault drivers are automatically installed, and they
are working in under 30 seconds after Windows starts.
