USB2/Firewire external hard drives.

These are not normally accessible during bootup, only when
Windows is running.

Anyone know how i can gain access during bootup and when
running DOS?

I think that's the nature of the beast but you might want to try this
question on a more appropriate board. Accessibility refers to XP
