Usb2.0 and 1.1 cables!

This question may be O.T. but can someone tell me what the difference is
between these cables. They appear to be the same except for the
packaging and the price. Thank you.
 
The usb 2.0 spec runs much much faster than usb 1.1.

USB 2.0 480 Mbps (also backward compatible running at 1.5 and 12 Mbps)
Firewire 400Mbps
USB 1.1 Dual speeds 1.5Mbps and 12Mbps

The USB 2.0 specification requires twisted cables and shielding to be reduce
background interference. The higher the speed, the more prone to
interference.
ATA hard drive interfaces went the same way with ata66 or higher speed
needing an 80 wire cable, and U160 scsi, with the dual wire platted cable.
