I had just recently had a problem with connecting to the internet, and tried to fixed this problem by completely reformatting my hard disk drive and also a thorough windows update. Yes, that problem was fixed, and now I cannot connect any of my computer periphials to my USB port. Under Admin. Svc. the plug and play is started, and is enabled in the control panel under hardware, but it does not recognize and plug in. What do I do to fix this?
