hi, hope you can help:

i have both interlink and compusa (made by FMI) wireless
keyboards that seem to work except for the multimedia
keys - they don't work at all. interlink says that the
microsoft driver will support the entire keyboard, but it
doesn't. compusa KB has drivers that can't be configured,
and don't control the multimedia stuff. clearly i need a
driver, but can find none. any ideas? does microsoft
have a wireless KB driver that supports multimedia?

thanks,

hd

Hello HD,

Microsoft actually has a line of wireless keyboards that have multimedia
functionality. The Bluetooth Wireless Optical Desktop is one of them.

I'd recommend that you download the latest keyboard drivers at the following
location:

http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/mouseandkeyboard/Download.mspx

I'd grab the latest wireless optical desktop drivers and see how they work
for you.

Hope that helps!

Regards,
