Shame it has no Pitch control, direct drive or stanton cartridge.

bang two of em in ya USB ports (i've got enuff of em on this pc, 10 i think)

Use a virtual mixer and away u go

I wouldnt buy em tho very cheap and nasty

That's actually a really good idea, shame they used such a crap plasticky turntable and charge £120.00 for it.

For £100.00 you can actually buy a reasonable turntable and for £20.00 you can buy a stereo RIAA preamp which you can plug into your sound card line in input.

And the Audacity software is a free download.

It's just marketing to the masses, is all.

To be fair, what with the USB input, if you're a dork, it may be for you.

I use a Hitachi direct drive turntable circa 1981, Shure 75C cartridge and an RS phono pre-amp. Captured with dbPoweramp.

Also have a Dual 505 turntable here, but it's rarely used.
