Hello,

I'm not an admin of this system. The problem is it works under windows 2000 and the stick works correctly. i want to downloat to it and it seems that it saves the files. then I use the assistent to take the hardware out securely, but then windows restarts and no files are saved on the stick.

You have to use the "unplug or eject hardware" button in the System Tray (bottom right
corner).
