usb scanner is installed, but eXP cannot detect scanner

I have installed the drivers for usb scanner and device manager shows that
the driver is installed properly. However, image and scanner wizard cannot
detect the scanner. I have already added "Device: Image", "Device: USB" and
"Generic USB Input Device Support" in the target designer.

What else components I need to add?

Finally figured it out. "Dos Windows on Windows Support" needs to be added.
